Moola Moola Club
A super way for the little tykes to begin a savings program!! Moola Moola savings accounts are designed for children 12 or younger. Being a member of the Moola Moola Club entitles members to participate in special events through the year along with special prizes when certain savings goals are met! What a great way to educate your child about the importance of saving!!!

In 2023, FNBSC will once again serve as “Buddies” for the Summerville Miracle League. The goal of the Summerville Miracle League is to enhance the lives of people with special needs, through the national pastime of baseball. Our staff is so blessed by spending time with these “special” people and encouraging them in a positive manner.
FNBSC staff enjoys participating in Dorchester’s Habitat for Humanity’s Women’s Builds. We will work under the guidance of construction professionals and with future Habitat homeowners. For more information, visit www.dorchesterhabitat.org

Our Nexton and Goose Creek offices have become participants in supporting community rooms at some local high schools, Stratford and Goose Creek High. Raffles were held and each office received generous donations from our great customers to help stock these rooms, which benefit kids who may have clothing needs, hygiene needs, laundry needs, etc. These are amazing programs in place that teach life skills as well as discreetly meet the needs of less fortunate kids. FNBSC is a member of the ICBA, Independent Community Bankers of America, which recognizes the service and dedication of community banks to their customers and local communities. First National Bank of South Carolina is proud to be a community bank and is committed to supporting their local consumers and small businesses.
FNBSC President & CEO Todd Buddin was recently elected to the ICBA Federal Delegate Board. ICBA is the nation’s voice for community banks.

In addition to helping shape and advocate ICBA’s national policy positions and programs, Buddin’s duties include engaging in grassroots activities in South Carolina and serving as a liaison between independent community bankers and ICBA staff and leadership in Washington, D.C. He will also work to recruit new members to ICBA.

Tammie Taylor was recently announced as Best Mortgage Lender by the Summerville Journal’s 2021-2022 Readers’ Choice Awards! This is her third year in a row winning this honor. In addition, First National Bank of South Carolina was chosen as a finalist in the Best Bank Category!
